Christmas in Ohio

Christmas in Ohio feels like the movies to me. Cold weather, christmas cookie platters, everyone's house lit up, cozy fires…
The only thing missing this year was snow! But it was for the best as it made for easier travel for everyone.

We arrived in Youngstown a few days before Christmas. We spent the first day sleeping in, and playing and exploring the house and all the "new" but old (classic) toys! Mary has saved some really special toys from her childhood and from the boys'. Dolls, figurines, a farmhouse, a zoo train…
Dayvia spent hours playing with her Grandma and Grandpa in her new space.

Later that day, we all bundled up and went for a ride to the famous "Kraynaks" to see the Christmas display and… to meet Santa! As we entered the display Davy let out a "WOW", and with every corner we turned, every christmas tree or lit up reindeer, another "WOW!" was exclaimed!
There is something magical about a beautifully decorated christmas tree. And the magic of over a hundred christmas trees and other decor… blew all of our minds!

The next few days were spent at home- Chris & Dori, and Bill & Jen & Lacy dog arrived! Christmas was full of home made meals, presents, board games, and cookies… lots and lots of xmas cookies!

We love our Narducci family time. Wish we all lived closer and could get together more!!!
